Acceptable use

- Do not copy, scrape or redistribute listing data shown on the site; it is licensed from third parties.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the service or access other users' information.
Accounts and subscriptions
Accounts and paid plans are not yet open. When they are, these terms will be updated with billing, cancellation and refund terms before any charge is made.
No warranty and limitation of liability
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, KZD Realty is not liable for losses arising from reliance on information or calculations provided by the service.
