KZD Realty provides software that calculates investment metrics from data and assumptions. Nothing on this site is investment, financial, legal, tax, appraisal or lending advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or finance any property. Labels such as "Meets Your Criteria" or a high Deal Score describe how a property compares with criteria and rules; they are not recommendations.
No guarantees
- Estimated rent is not a guarantee of achievable rent.
- Estimated value is not an appraisal.
- Projected cash flow and returns are not guaranteed and exclude many real-world costs.
- A DSCR or financing scenario shown here does not mean any lender will approve a loan.
- No appreciation is assumed or promised.
Data limitations
Listing data comes from third parties and may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Some inputs are estimates or examples and are labelled as such. Street View imagery may not reflect a property's current condition. Verify every fact independently, including title, taxes, insurance, condition, zoning and rents, before making an offer.
