Working draft. This page describes how KZD Realty currently operates. It has not yet been reviewed by an attorney and will be replaced by the reviewed version before paid subscriptions open.
What you enter
Accounts are not yet open. Your Buy Box, saved deals, notes, alerts, portfolio entries and any properties you add are stored in your own browser on your own device. They are not sent to KZD Realty and are lost if you clear your browser data.
When accounts open, that information will be stored in our database so it is available across your devices, and this page will be updated first.
What our providers receive
- Hosting (Vercel): standard request logs, including IP address and browser type.
- Google Maps Platform: Street View images load directly from Google, so Google receives your IP address and the page address. If you add a property by address, that address is sent to Google to look up imagery.
- Map tiles (OpenFreeMap): map tiles load from the map provider, which receives your IP address.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not use advertising trackers.
- We do not use demographic information in scoring or recommendations.
Property information
Listing data comes from a licensed provider. KZD Realty does not store or display property owners' names or contact details.
